Mildred Hubble was an ordinary girl before she found herself studying at Miss Cackle's academy of magic. Now she's well on her way to becoming a witch, but she's still as clumsy and chaotic as ever. Welcome to a brand new Mildred story, created especially by Emma Reeves, who has adapted it for the stage in the coolest possible way. When an old enemy turns up, Mildred and her friends find themselves on the adventure of a lifetime. But this time it's serious. Can they save themselves, the academy, and the world? Come along and see.
The show's on at the Vaudeville theatre from June to September, a short 60 performance run to cover the school summer holidays, following a smash hit regional tour of the UK. It's packed with original songs and great music, stage illusions and special effects, laughter and fun. There's dancing, there's singing... and of course there is plenty of utter and total chaos, in typical Mildred style! Your kids will recognise the characters, including the horrid Miss Hardbroom, who absolutely hates fun, and the jealous fellow pupil Ethel Hallow, the girl they all love to hate. Make this summer special with a trip to the magnificent Vaudeville theatre, and fill your child's life with magic!
