About The Vaudeville Theatre

Built in 1870, the Vaudeville theatre has been redesigned numerous times but keeps its lovely original Victorian frontage. The venue seats just under 700 people over three levels: the stalls, dress circle and upper circle. Located in the heart of London’s Theatreland on the famous Strand, the venue is well known for shorter runs of large-scale West End plays and has a fast turnaround between productions. Its intimate scale makes it the perfect home for dramas, new writing and one-man/woman shows.

Unexpected
Fabulous show! Lively, colourful and very entertaining. The music, lyrics, costumes, voices and choreography were all superb. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed and had the best time

Short, but sweet
I thought it would be longer but all the singers were outstanding. A few times it was hard to get all the lyrics.

Fabulous upbeat musical based on six wives of Henry VIII
Really great music from start to finish in lovely theatre. Singing, songs and acting were fabulous. Our seats were centre of the theatre with no one in front of us and they were perfect. Would definitely recommend and left you feeling very uplifted at the end.
